Tax Information

All lots at Oak Creek Ranch are currently in Agricultural Exemption. It is up to the buyer of the lot to maintain the ag exemption with Cooke County. We are happy to help you with that process if it is your first time owning land with an agricultural exemption.  LEARN MORE...
 
Utilities

Oak Creek Ranch is running a water line from Woodbine Special Utility District for each lot to have access to water. It will be at the responsibility of the property owner to purchase a water meter from Woodbine Special Utility District. Electric service is provided by PanTex Energy. Upon construction, the property owner is responsible for installing each line to the point of construction.
